Your adventure begins with a guided walk through our Estate vineyards. Learn about our organic farming methods, unique microclimate, and maritime influence, all essential to our distinctive Voyager Estate style. From here you’ll visit the Winery, taste straight from barrel, and delve into the philosophy that drives our winemaking craft, followed by a guided tasting of our key Margaret River varieties.
Complete the experience with a glass of wine and cheeseboard by the fire or on our al fresco space, depending on the season.

Please note, this tour is restricted to 6 people and you may be in our tour vehicle with other guests. Children and infants are not permitted.

In 1965, Margaret River was compared to the famed Bordeaux region, with an agricultural report suggesting it well suited for premium wines, particularly ‘age-worthy’ reds. The rest is history.
Today, our corner of the South West produces some of the world’s finest Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
We invite you to join us in our Wine Room as you taste through Voyager Estate’s latest releases and museum vintages of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, to learn more about our winemaking
philosophies. There is an opportunity to taste other wine styles if you wish.
You can enjoy this guided tasting with a member of the knowledgeable Wine Room team, or explore the wines independently, with a self-guided journey using extensive tasting notes.
You will then move into our Top-5 WA Rated Restaurant for our Discovery menu.
Created by Head Chef, Santiago Fernandez and his team, each dish is inspired by the wines while
celebrating pristine local produce. The 7-course Discovery menu is the signature menu, and includes wine paired to each course.

From here you’ll visit the Winery, taste wine straight from the barrel and gain an insight into the philosophy that drives our winemaking craft.

Once you’ve seen where the wine comes from, it’s time to taste as you visit the Cellar Door, where you’ll be guided through our range of celebrated Margaret River varietals.

Then sit back in our private tasting room as you learn to unmask the language and characteristics of wine, including renowned Margaret River varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. You’ll also get to know the basics of food and wine matching.

After a 3-course wine-paired lunch, sit back in our private tasting room as you learn to unmask the language and characteristics of wine, including renowned Margaret River varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Then take your learnings to the next level with an interactive food and wine pairing session.

The final stop is the underground cellar for a look at sparkling wine, and to raise a glass to toast the new knowledge acquired throughout the day.
