Upon arrival at the outdoor shooting range, you'll fill in a NSW Police declaration form before getting kitted up. You'll be wearing a shooting jacket, safety glasses and earplugs. A safety briefing will follow, you will be shown how to handle the gun safely, how to hold it and how the ammunition works. You will then fire at clay targets from safety frames with one-on-one instruction.
You'll first begin with easy single incoming targets. Once your aim gets better and you feel more confident we will increase the variety. Doubles, pairs, outgoing and crossing targets will reveal who is the best and most accurate shooter.
As a memento of your session, you'll take home an autographed clay target.

Hitting Targets is a great way to say thank you to your staff for all their hard work and to your clients for their support throughout the year. It is also a great thing to do with your family and friends during the festive season. Hitting Targets is perfect as a corporate Christmas activity whether for structured team building, learning about goal setting or just as a really fun staff or client reward.
During a Hitting Targets Christmas Session participants will acquire a new skill under the watchful eye of Suzy Balogh, Olympic and Commonwealth Gold Medallist and her qualified staff. After you have all learnt how to hit targets – you will be put through a couple of friendly shooting competitions.
Clay Target Shooting is an activity for any age, fitness and even mobility. And the fittest, strongest and most coordinated are not always the best at it.

These sessions are fun and structured at strengthening client and staff working relationships and are ideal for networking. The participants will feel empowered and exhilarated and simply have an awesomely fun end of year Christmas themed team event.
Catering Options
We can organise catering for your party, options ranging from a simple BBQ to something a little more substantial such as a full sit-down Christmas luncheon, there is even conference and meeting facilities available.
Catering can be served prior, during or after your session. During is “on range” – we can either stop shooting and have a meal (this option usually goes hand in hand with a motivational talk) or we can have it served whilst you are shooting*.
Prior or afterwards can be in an outdoor BBQ area / bush setting* or can be indoors in a large meals area with a fabulous views and air conditioning.
We can have options for vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free, kosher, halal etc. … just ask and the caterer can provide.
*Only “zero” alcohol drinks can be consumed before, during or in the bush setting. Alcoholic beverages can only be served in the indoor meals area after your shooting session.
