Giving people the opportunity to experience a fun and exciting session on the water, we are able to demonstrate how Surfing can provide a more enriching, enjoyable, and fulfilling life. On arrival, we will kit you out with all the necessary equipment, meaning you’ll have everything that you need to take part in your experience. When you go Surfing in Broadbeach, you’ll be joined by our qualified instructors who will be more than happy to assist you throughout your session. So, even the complete beginners will be nailing the waves in no time at all! Don’t delay any further and head straight down!

Group Lesson - 1.5 Hours
Our group surfing lessons are small, ensuring each participant receives attention and feedback. Learn the basics, like standing up and catching waves, and important ocean awareness and surf safety rules. Most people joining our group lessons have little to no surfing experience, so these lessons tend to cover the basics.

If you are a surfer with more experience looking to improve your surfing, or if you have a particular skill you want to focus on consider doing a private lesson, or join one of our surfing improvement classes.
THE MINIMUM AGE IS 12 YEARS OLD FOR OUR GROUP SURFING LESSONS
For kids younger than the age of 12, we recommend booking them into a private lesson where an instructor can help them with board handling and catching waves.
Basic swimming ability is required for all participants.
Meeting spot for all lessons:
All lessons meet at our surf van (pictured). We are currently parked opposite ‘1/5 Broadbeach Boulevard, Broadbeach’. This is where conditions are currently best within our permit area.
Since we are mobile, we like to park as close as possible to where conditions are best within our permit area in Broadbeach. Our permit extends from Australia Ave to Wharf Road.
What to bring:
- Swimwear and towel
- Hat and sunscreen
- Water bottle
- Beach footwear
Please make sure you are changed into your swimwear and ready to go before your lesson.

Kids Group Lesson - 1.5 Hours
Our Kids Surfing Lessons are for kids aged between 8 – 14 years old. Our kids surfing classes are a great way for them to learn and develop their surfing in a fun, safe, healthy, and supportive environment. We also focus on developing their surf safety, ocean awareness, and surfing etiquette, so their time at the beach is always a fun and safe experience.
