Guided by our knowledgeable Cellar Door team, you'll taste a selection of red varietals individually before getting hands-on with the blending process. Experiment with different proportions, refine your blend and discover how even subtle changes can transform the character of the wine. Whether you prefer a bold and structured blend, something fruit-forward and vibrant or a beautifully balanced combination, the final creation is entirely up to you.

As you blend, you'll gain an insight into the decisions winemakers make and the skill involved in creating harmony between varieties. It's a chance to put your palate to the test, trust your senses and uncover your inner winemaker. Once you've perfected your blend, bottle and take home your own creation, along with your own label to enjoy, share and remember your Mandoon Experience.

Our Mandoon Estate Sparkling Experience invites you to slow down and indulge in a curated tasting of back-vintage sparkling wines, each carefully selected to showcase the depth, complexity, and evolution that time brings to our wines.
This elevated experience is guided by our knowledgeable cellar door team, who will lead you through to our Underground Cellar for your tasting of matured sparkling releases. As you explore each wine, you'll discover how well these wines have aged, a rare opportunity not often available in standard tastings.
To complement the wines, you'll be presented with a thoughtfully curated selection of sweet and savoury treats, designed to enhance and balance the character of each sparkling wine.
This experience is offered by booking only and is subject to availability, ensuring a relaxed and personalised service for every guest.

Mandoon Estate Wine Immersion Tour

Go beyond the tasting room and discover the story, craft and heritage behind Mandoon Estate with our Wine Immersion Tour, an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience designed for those who want to deepen their appreciation of wine.


Your experience begins with a guided tour led by one of our knowledgeable winemakers, taking you behind the scenes to explore the winemaking process and the people, places and traditions that shape each bottle. Discover Mandoon Estate's historic vineyard, including vines dating back to 1895 and learn about the unique history and character of the Swan Valley. Along the way, you will taste from tanks and/or barrels as we share a glimpse into the art and science of winemaking.


The experience continues in our Cellar Door, where our knowledgeable hosts will guide you through a curated tasting of Mandoon Estate wines. But this is more than simply tasting wine, you'll be invited to put your sensory skills to the test, exploring aroma, flavour, texture and structure as you learn how to taste wine with greater confidence.
