Beginning at 10:30am, this guided group tour, led by a knowledgeable wine host, meanders down the cork tree-lined driveway and through the historic grounds, including the original gravity-fed winery, a lasting symbol of Barossa winemaking tradition. Along the way, guests uncover the intertwined stories of St Hugo and Grant Burge, from pioneering roots to their celebrated place in contemporary Australian wine, all while enjoying sweeping views of the region.
The experience continues in the exclusive Hugo Gramp Room Cellar with the Legends of the Vines Icon Tasting , a curated flight showcasing the most distinguished and rare wines from both brands. This premium tasting is elevated by a thoughtfully prepared small bites plate, curated by our Executive Chef to complement and enhance each pour.

If you do not attend your booking, A tasting flight fee of $25 per person will be charged. If you arrive late to your allocated booking time, please be aware that your tasting experience will be shortened. Please call ahead on 1300 162 992 to advise us if you are running late. If you notify us prior to your booking for a tasting flight that you are unable to attend, a full refund will be issued.
St Hugo & Grant Burge reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns). In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. Experiences are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Guided Tour
The tour includes walking on uneven surfaces. Please advise us of any mobility requirements at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs. Comfortable footwear is recommended.

Age & Responsible Service
Guests must be 18 year s or older to participate in wine tastings. Proof of age may be requested.
St Hugo practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol and reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.

St Hugo Restaurant
The St Hugo Restaurant operates Friday to Monday. Walk-in availability is limited. To secure a table, please select the Epicurean Lunch add-on when booking. Lunch seating is at 12:00pm and the experience lasts approximately 2 hours. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking.

The connection between wine and food is central to the philosophy at St Hugo. Our philosophy can be explored to another level through our St Hugo “Garden to Table’ experience, spending time in our Kitchen Garden and enjoying the company and expertise of both our Kitchen and Front of House team.​

Beginning with a glass of Champagne, take a short walk through our vineyards to our onsite Kitchen Garden. Hosted by our St Hugo Chef, take an informative tour and learn
about the inner workings of the garden and how it’s used on our seasonal menus. You will also get the opportunity to forage, taste and smell some of the fresh seasonal produce & herbs that can be found in the garden.

​Then head back to St Hugo to be seated at the best spot in the house, at our open kitchen with a full view of our Chefs at work.​ ​ Let our Chefs take you on a culinary journey, showcasing our seasonal menu while being complimented with our stunning St Hugo wines from our knowledgeable cellar door hosts.

Following the tour, the experience continues at the elegant St Hugo cellar door with the exclusive Ultimate Tasting. This curated flight features standout vintages, including the prestigious Vetus Purum Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with a thoughtfully prepared small bite plate to elevate each pour.
The tasting journey concludes in The Vault , where you’ll enjoy a rare and remarkable taste of history: a 100-year-old tawny , dating back to 1925 . Complete this experience by being seated at the St Hugo restaurant to enjoy our Epicurean Cellar Lunch - a curated wine and food journey.
