Delve into why a varietal specific wine glass is a critical component of enjoying wine to its fullest. Tasting through four St Hugo favorites, you will see how the shape of a glass, draws different characters and personality from each of the wines.

Bookings are for 60mins. If you are unwell or have cold / flu like symptoms, please call us at 1300 162 992 to cancel your booking. Limit to 1 booking, per person, per day. Please note, we are a CASHLESS venue. Tasting fees are non-redeemable. Tasting flight fees are non-refundable. If you do not attend your booking, a tasting fee of $75 per person fee will be charged. If you arrive late to your allocated booking time, please be aware that your tasting experience will be shortened. Please call ahead on 1300 162 992 to advise us if you are running late. If you notify us prior to your booking for a tasting flight that you are unable to attend, a full refund will be issued. Bookings for tasting flights are only for adults 18+. We reserve the right to refuse to serve a tasting experience, even with prior booking, if we believe that member/s of the booking party may be under the influence of alcohol. The connection between wine and food is central to the philosophy at St Hugo. Our philosophy can be explored to another level through our St Hugo “Garden to Table’ experience, spending time in our Kitchen Garden and enjoying the company and expertise of both our Kitchen and Front of House team.​

Beginning with a glass of Champagne, take a short walk through our vineyards to our onsite Kitchen Garden. Hosted by our St Hugo Chef, take an informative tour and learn
about the inner workings of the garden and how it’s used on our seasonal menus. You will also get the opportunity to forage, taste and smell some of the fresh seasonal produce & herbs that can be found in the garden.


​Then head back to St Hugo to be seated at the best spot in the house, at our open kitchen with a full view of our Chefs at work.​ ​ Let our Chefs take you on a culinary journey, showcasing our seasonal menu while being complimented with our stunning St Hugo wines from our knowledgeable cellar door hosts.
