4wd safety briefing - 6:30 am day of departure or subject to availability the day before departure at 1:00 pm Barge departure - 8:30 am Arrive Fraser Island - approx 9:00 -10:00 am Lake McKenzie / Central Station (depending on tide times) Drive along the eastern beach to Eli Creek, Maheno Ship Wreck & the Pinnacles (depending on tide times) Return to barge landing by 4:30 pm for 5.00 pm barge departure Please note - 1 day hire kilometre contract limit on the Eastern Beach is the Pinnacles 150km (Indian Head or Champagne Pools is not accessible in one day) Please note that our vehicles don't include aircon - this is part of our commitment to the environment and reducing our carbon footprint - instead, we help offset your carbon footprint by planting a tree for every car we hire!
