Know Before You Go:

• Water Conditions: Visibility and marine life change with the tides and seasons; that’s the beauty of the Broadwater. This is a dynamic estuarine environment, rich in life, but different from a tropical coral reef.

• Fitness Level: Low to Moderate. This is a physical activity. Morning tours tend to be calmer and better for beginners. Afternoon sessions may be more challenging and are recommended for experienced paddlers.

• This tour is not recommended during pregnancy or if you suffer from back problems.

• Swimming Confidence & PFD Use: All guests must wear a life jacket (PFD) while kayaking and during snorkelling. You don’t need to be a strong swimmer, just comfortable being in and around the water with a life jacket on. Non-swimmers are welcome, and our guides are there to support you every step of the way.

• Weight Limit: Max 200kg (combined) for double kayaks, 100kg for singles.

• Ages 4+ welcome. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

This tour requires a low to  level of physical fitness. Unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided if a participant is unable to complete the activity.

• Minimum age: 4 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Waiver Required: All participants must sign a waiver of liability before the tour.

• Weather Policy: Tours may be cancelled up to 1 hour before start time due to weather or safety conditions. In this case, you’ll receive a full refund or a reschedule (valid for 12 months).

• Natural Conditions: Water visibility and wildlife sightings vary with tides, weather, and seasons. These are part of the natural environment and cannot be guaranteed.

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or alternative date.

• No-shows or late arrivals

• Last-minute changes at the launch site
