· This flight and tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate the tour.
· Flights are subject to weather.
Cancellation Policy
· Prior to one week of travel - Full refund.
· 3-7 days prior to departure - 50% refund.
· No refund will apply for cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure.
· Cancellations due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances will not incur a cancellation fee.
Vaccination/COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Customers who are unable to provide proof of vaccination or evidence of an exemption
and fail to comply with the mandatory vaccination requirement will be unable to board an
Air Kimberley flight and will forfeit 100% of the flight/tour costs. Where a customer cancels
due to Government restrictions that are either not removed as expected, extended, or
reimposed the customer will be offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time).

Adverse weather conditions may mean that the planned itinerary cannot proceed as intended. If adverse weather means that you are unable to complete the full tour, then any refund will be adjusted on a pro rata basis dependant on the flying time involved.

During Neap Tide periods, the Giant Tides Sea Safari will be replaced with the Island Explorer Sea Safari.
