Tour Outline
1. Meet & Greet at Lobethal Bakery (Woodside)
- Kick things off with a coffee, soft drink, or treat of your choice.
- We’ll run through the evening’s itinerary and get to know one another in a relaxed setting.


2. **Journey into the Reserve**
- Hop aboard our luxury Staria for a comfortable drive to the private property.
- Capture a stunning sunset among sculptures, trees, and rock formations—perfect foregrounds for your astrophotography later in the night.

3. Grazing Platter & Night Sky Session
- Enjoy a casual meal under the glow of twilight on a hilltop vantage point.
- As darkness deepens, our expert guides will walk you through capturing the Milky Way
and star-filled skies above this extraordinary landscape.

- Date Changes: Allowed with at least 7 days’ notice.
- Transfers: You may transfer your booking to someone else any time before the workshop (please email john@adventureart.com.au).
- Weather: If weather forces cancellation, e.g., full cloud or rain. We’ll offer an alternate date.
