Hike Itinerary Arrival: Waterwheel Car Park, Cape Leeuwin
Meet at 7:30 am at Waterwheel Car Park for your transfer to Prevelly. After a briefing with a Cape2Camp representative, your hike begins.
Day 1 : Prevelly to Contos Campground (19 km)
Start with a stunning coastal hike past Redgate Beach, and explore the rocky beauty of Bob’s Hollow. Finish your day with breathtaking views at Contos Cliffs, overlooking Contos Beach. Spend the night at Contos Campground under the stars in cozy tented accommodation.
Day 2 : Contos to Hamelin Bay (21 km)
Walk through the serene and towering trees of the famous Boranup Forest, followed by a tranquil trek along Boranup Beach. Relax at Hamelin Bay with hot showers, fresh towels, and a campfire.
Day 3 : Hamelin Bay to Cape Leeuwin (26 km)
A favorite for many hikers, this diverse section features dramatic Blowholes, the secluded beauty of Deepdene Beach, and one of the most remote, wild stretches of the track. End your journey back at Waterwheel Car Park, where your vehicle awaits.
What to Bring Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking boots. Sunscreen, mozzie repellent, blister care, and a head torch. Power bank, swimwear, and 2–3 liters of water for Day 1. Optional: Fly net (Nov–Dec).

Embark on the iconic End-to-End Cape to Cape Track from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin with Cape2Camp. This moderate to challenging hike offers breathtaking views and diverse terrains. We handle the details—transport, meals, accommodation—so you can focus on the journey. "We keep you on track!"
Itinerary Overview:
Day 1 : Cape Naturaliste to Yallingup (14 km) – Start your adventure from the lighthouse, stay at Yallingup Beach Caravan Park.
Day 2 : Yallingup to Moses Rock (18 km) – Stay at Yallingup Caravan Park.
Day 3 : Moses Rock to Gracetown (16 km) – Optional wine tasting at Grace Farm, stay at Gracetown Caravan Park.
Day 4 : Gracetown to Prevelly (20 km) – Hike and relax at Prevelly Caravan Park.
Day 5 : Prevelly to Conto (19 km) – Stay at Conto Campground.
Day 6 : Conto’s to Hamelin Bay (22 km) – Stay at Hamelin Bay Holiday Park.
Day 7: Hamelin Bay to Cape Leeuwin (26 km) – Finish your journey at the Leeuwin Lighthouse, returning to your vehicle at Waterwheel car park.
What’s Included: Meals and drinks, including local produce from the Margaret River Region. Hike transfers required between campsites. Tented accommodation with comfy inflatable mattresses. What’s Not Included: Accommodation before or after your hike. Dinner on Day 1 at Caves House, Yallingup (own cost). Dinner on Day 4 at The Sea Garden Cafe, Prevelly (own cost).
Vehicle Parking: Leave your vehicle at the Waterwheel car park on Day 1. It is considered a safe and secure location for the duration of your hike. After completing your hike on Day 7, return to your vehicle at the Waterwheel car park, next to the Leeuwin Lighthouse.
What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, walking boots, and a spare pair of sandals. Head torch, sunscreen, power bank, 2-3 liters of water. Fly net (Oct-Dec).
