Driver English Language Requirement

All jet ski drivers must have a strong understanding of spoken and written English.

The mandatory safety briefing is delivered only in English and includes critical instructions required to safely operate a jet ski at speed, around other vessels, and in changing marine conditions.

Passengers do not need English comprehension and are welcome to ride with an English-speaking driver.

If the driver does not have strong English comprehension, please do not book this tour.

If English comprehension is limited, we recommend booking one of our Whitehaven Beach experiences, which are fully guided and do not require guests to operate high-speed watercraft.

No Refund Policy – Driver Safety Briefing

If a driver is unable to clearly understand or follow the English safety briefing, or cannot safely demonstrate understanding of instructions, they will not be permitted to drive.
