Bookings & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure may be eligible for a refund or credit (excluding booking fees).
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure, or failure to attend, will result in no refund.
Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In this case, a refund or alternative date will be offered.
Health & Safety
Participation in the tour is at your own risk.
You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or mobility limitations at the time of booking.
