Adelaide Wellness - Garden to Glass
Adelaide Wellness Garden to Glass brings together two of Adelaide's most distinctive places: the Adelaide Botanic Garden and the National Wine Centre.
The experience begins in the Garden with a guided place-based walk led by a Beyond Wellness facilitator.
Guests move through selected garden spaces with breathwork, sensory attention and a short stillness practice before walking through the garden to the National Wine Centre (NWC).
At the NWC, guests enjoy a curated wine flight with charcuterie, hosted by the National Wine Centre team. The tasting introduces South Australia's wine regions in a way that feels relaxed, informed and connected to place.
This experience is ideal for visitors who want to understand Adelaide through both wellbeing and wine, as well as conference groups, hotel guests, incentive itineraries and private bookings seeking a polished half-day option.

Stillness in the Adelaide Japanese Garden
Stillness in the Japanese Garden is a deeper Beyond Wellness experience held within one of the Adelaide most intentional settings.
Led by a specialist facilitator, the experience combines guided sensory immersion, seated meditation, gentle movement and breathwork. The pace is slow and considered, allowing guests to notice the water, stone, planting, shade and quiet rhythms of the Japanese Garden without rushing through them.
This is a more immersive format than a guided walk. It is designed for guests who want time to pause, regulate, reconnect and experience the Garden as a place for reflection rather than sightseeing.
The facilitator holds the structure carefully, making the experience accessible while still allowing depth.
Suitable for small private groups, retreats, corporate wellbeing programs, milestone gatherings and visitors seeking a calm, memorable Adelaide experience.
