Puddleduck owners, Darren & Jackie extend a warm welcome to all of the visitors that come to experience Puddleduck. In an enjoyable & relaxed atmosphere, the award winning wine selections are sure to please whilst the delightful cheese platter is sure to hit the right spot!

Pooley Wines located on the outskirts of Richmond at Butchers Hill, sits the magnificent heritage listed Georgian building, Belmont Lodge. Here, the cellar door wine tastings are offered in the rustic charms of the sandstone stables.

Coal Valley Vineyard , offers sweeping views across the estuary of the Coal River and Pitt water Bay, relax with award winning Pinot's and Rieslings in quite possibly the most picturesque vineyard in the district.
What you need to know?

Departure : Tour departs outside the Tasmanian Travel and Information Center , Hobart (corner of Davey & Elizabeth Sts) at 9.20am each Sunday , & Monday.
Here you will be greeted by your tour host. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

This tour takes you to the historic Richmond village and local vineyards. Richmond has some of the oldest colonial buildings in Australia including the famous Richmond Bridge and Gaol with predates the better know Port Arthur. It contains many boutique shops and galleries. This tour commences visiting 3 premium vineyards in the Coal River Valley region, where you will sample a selection of fine Tasmanian wines. This tour also includes a light platter lunch at Puddleduck .

Departure: The Richmond & Wine Tour departs outside the Tasmanian Visitor and Information Centre, Hobart (corner of Davey & Elizabeth Sts) at 09:30am on Monday & Friday.
We will also run the tour on Thursdays during the months of July & August.( Can only be booked via telephone)
