Drink Tasmania Signature Full Day Tour (wine, cider, beer & spirit)
Our Drink Tasmania Signature Tour takes you to 5 of southern Tasmania's best craft beverage experiences in the Huon and The Coal River Valley, plus a number of special stop-ins along the way.

BROOKE ST PIER - GOLD BAR / HOME HILL WINERY / PAGAN CIDER / WILLIE SMITHS ORGANIC CIDER / SPRING BAY DISTILLERY / HOBART BREWING CO.
TOUR INCLUSIONS : Tea/coffee on arrival / visit a winery, cidery, brewery and distillery / Full tour and tastings with on-site staff / approx 4-6+ tastings at each location / meet the makers / industry-led tour guide / travel in air-conditioned van / bottle purchases available on the day. All tastings included. *Lunch to be purchased on the day approx $20-$25.
Please note, while this is our usual itinerary, the locations may need to change on occasion due to industry operations and availabilities. S tart times are fixed, however end of tour times can change slightly depending upon traffic and other factors.
When: Check the calendar for upcoming available dates. Approximately 7.5 hours. If the date you're looking for is unavailable, call us on to chat through options!
Where to meet: Brooke St Pier, Franklin Wharf, Hobart, 10am. You will meet your guide at the bottom of the ramp, if it raining, please go up the ramp and inside the glass doors.
End of Tour: approximately 5:15pm at Brooke St Pier, Franklin Wharf
Number of guests per tour: maximum 11 guests per tour (contact us for information on larger groups). Minimum 4 guests.
What to bring: Please dress appropriately for the occasion, while it may appear warm in Hobart, the weather can change throughout the day, so please ensure to bring warm clothes, comfortable shoes and your camera!
Covid19 Information: Guests are welcome to wear a mask while on tour if they wish to. It may be possible that some venues request that guests sign in and/or wear a mask.

Drink Tasmania Private Custom Tour
Drink Tasmania is now available to accommodate customised private tours from Hobart. Do you have a corporate group or special celebration that requires a uniquely memorable experience you're looking to organise in Tasmania? We can arrange single day or multi-day tours for the avid whisky or wine aficionado’s that want the absolute in-depth experience of everything Tasmania has to offer, including visiting places that aren’t on our public tours.
We can cater for small (4 pax) or large groups (up to 50 pax), single or
multi-day tours. We are experienced in making the day amazing for
corporate group special events, cruise ship passengers, and family
groups.
Private tours can be booked by request any day of the week. We can arrange to visit
different producers on certain days of the week depending on
availability, however we will always ensure we create the best and most
diverse experience available for you on any given day.
You will receive a private tour guide and the flexibility
to curate your own tour route. You can leave it up to us to create the
itinerary for you, or you may wish to visit certain places. We
specialise in working on this together with our guests to suggest what
will offer the best experience for your group as well as ensuring the
places that you wish to visit are available on the day, that it fits the
producers’ schedule and that they aren’t too far apart geographically.
At the end of the day, it’s your tour and we want to do
everything we can to make it memorable, including arranging champagne,
birthday cakes, maybe even signed bottles! Just ask us and we’ll see
what we can do.
