This is every chocolate lovers dream.....Petaluma, Croser & Bay of Fires wines has teamed up with Adelaide Hills premium chocolatier, Red Cacao to create an outstanding chocolate and wine tasting experience. Four premium wines are expertly paired with hand-made locally produced luxury chocolates.
Red Cacao is a family owned chocolate shop situated in the popular village of Stirling. They hand make all of their artisan chocolates which are beautifully decorated with delicious dried fruits and sweet treats.
The ultimate chocolate and wine lovers experience with our premium Petaluma, Croser and Bay of Fires wines perfectly matched to these gourmet luxury chocolates.
Red Cacao Chocolates are available for purchase from the cellar door too so you can take your favourites home with you after the tasting.

The Glass Room Experience, offers a private food and wine tasting journey with the opportunity to experience some of the best wines from all our brands.
An intimate experience for 4-10 people, The Glass Room Experience has been specially designed to create an ultimate day out, and is named after the stunning ceiling installation of 540 wine glasses that have been carefully placed to resemble the rolling contours of the Adelaide Hills, complementing the views of our neighbouring vineyards.
This very special experience allows you to enjoy the best wines from the Petaluma and Croser portfolios that are only available to try through this exclusive tasting experience. Horse Trail Ride & Tasting at Petaluma (TC)
The ultimate winery experience as you saddle up for a beautiful guided trail ride through the vineyards of our picturesque Petaluma site, then be treated to a guided wine tasting.
Arrive to be greeted by the Hallmark Farm team and fitted with helmets and participate in a briefing all while getting to know the horses by the hitching rail. All horses are specifically selected based on your needs from seasoned steeds of the famous Hallmark Farm in Woodside owned by Megan Jones (Silver medal Olympian, Equestrian Hall of fame member, Dual Olympian, World championship Medalist in Aachen Germany) and husband James Deacon.
After the briefing and any questions you will saddle up and perform some basic maneuvers while supported by your trail guide, then set off for approximately 45 mins guided trail ride around a designated course. There will be opportunities to stop for photos and some magnificent hills and vineyard views along the way as your guide will provide commentary on the site and history of Petaluma.
After returning your steed to the hitching rail for some rest, photos and a brush down, you will progress to the cellar door for some welcome refreshments and a guided wine tasting. The perfect romantic winery experience. A private guided trail ride through our picturesque vineyards followed by a private wine tasting and finish with a romantic platter of savoury & sweet treats with a glass of Croser Vintage sparkling.
Arrive to be greeted by the Hallmark Farm team and fitted with helmets and participate in a briefing all while getting to know the horses by the hitching rail. All horses are specifically selected based on your needs from seasoned steeds of the famous Hallmark Farm in Woodside owned by Megan Jones (Silver medal Olympian, Equestrian Hall of fame member, Dual Olympian, World championship Medallist in Aachen Germany) and husband James Deacon.
After the briefing and any questions you will saddle up and perform some basic manoeuvers while supported by your trail guide, then set off for approximately 45 mins guided trail ride around a designated course. There will be opportunities to stop for photos and some magnificent hills and vineyard views along the way as your guide will provide commentary on the site and history of Petaluma.
After returning your steed to the hitching rail for some rest, photos and a brush down, you will progress to the cellar door to your private romantic setup for a guided wine tasting. Experience a curated wine tasting from our brands Petaluma and Croser including our flagship range to understand the ethos of Petaluma and our obsession with distinguished vineyards and sourcing our fruit from the best regions.
