Saddle up for a sparkling start to your day.

Begin your Adelaide Hills morning with an unforgettable combination of adventure and indulgence. This experience pairs a guided horse trail ride through the picturesque Petaluma vineyards with the elegance of Croser Sparkling and gourmet delights.

Arrive at Petaluma to be greeted by the Hallmark Farm team, where you’ll be fitted with helmets and introduced to your horse at the hitching rail. All horses are carefully selected to suit your needs, from the seasoned steeds of Hallmark Farm – owned by Megan Jones (Silver Medal Olympian, Equestrian Hall of Fame member, Dual Olympian, World Championship Medalist) and James Deacon.

After a briefing and some basic maneuvers, saddle up for a 45-minute guided trail ride around a designated course. Along the way, enjoy commentary on the history of Petaluma and take in sweeping vineyard views, with opportunities to pause for photos.

Once your horse is returned and brushed down, transition to the Petaluma Cellar Door for the Croser & Croissants experience. Indulge in a Croser Sparkling Wine Tasting, showcasing the finesse of Croser handcrafted in the traditional method since 1987. Each sip is paired with buttery croissants and fresh seasonal fruit – simple indulgences that make mornings truly memorable.
