The Experience
It begins, as most fine afternoons should, with a drink in hand and a story at the ready. You’ll select from fresh, seasonal ingredients laid out like a painter’s palette and then with the guidance of one of our experienced mixologists you'll create 2x cocktails – shaken and stirred - entirely your own. Perfect for you and your bestie, hen’s parties, birthday celebrations, corporate functions or simply join our regular afternoon class and make new companions you’d happily get lost with.

Then, settle in. Glasses in hand, copper glowing like campfires in the distance, stories of Ballarat’s rough-hewn past swirling around you. This is a tasting where history, travel, and craft collide - and where you’ll see how we’re putting this wild, independent region back on the spirits map.
