Private tours include more comprehensive tastings and lunch.

If you're after an authentic slice of country Australia, look no further than the Barossa Valley. This place is home to a working rural community who uphold traditions that have been passed down through the generations. You can meet them in lovingly restored heritage towns around the Barossa or Clare Valley, such as Burra and Kapunda. If you are after a less wine focus experience, you can talk with locals at farm shops and cellar doors. You can share a drink with them, and listen to their stories of life on the land. You can soak up the festive harvest-season atmosphere that runs through the Valley, all year round. If you're after a taste of the country, this is as real as it gets.
