Starting at the Peppers Silo Hotel, take in the breath-taking views of Launceston City before touching down at Joseph Chromy Cellar Door for a tasting and optional Lunch. After lunch, meander your way through the Ben Lomond Range before touching down at the world renowned Clover Hill Cellar Door. This package includes a sparkling appreciation class with a tasting of 6 sparkling wines. Following your sitting, take off in your private helicopter and enjoy panoramic views of Tasmanian picturesque North East wine belt before stopping in at at Ghost Rock to taste. With just over 1-hour total flight time, you will have plenty of time to enjoy each vineyard and the birds-eye view of Tasmania's premier sparkling and pinot noir region before heading back to Peppers Silo Hotel.

Departing from the Peppers Silo Hotel, soar over the green rolling hills for a day tour to 3 vineyards surrounding Launceston. Sip away the day with a wine tasting and approximately 1hr at each location. Why not add a 3-course lunch at Joseph Chromy! We will make a reservation for you (most vineyards offer cheese platters). Tour time of approximately 5hrs, with up to 1hr of flight time.
