We start the day with a scenic coastal drive through some of the most inspiring scenery in the world, the winding road travels through the tropical rainforest and along secluded beaches.
This is a truly personal experience of Aboriginal Cultural, Traditional Fishing, The Daintree Rainforest, The Daintree River Cruise & Port Douglas.
Nestled in the World Heritage Listed Daintree Rainforest, is our first stop is Mossman Gorge. The gorge contains the oldest, continuously surviving rainforest on earth, between 150 - 200 million years old.
We start our journey with a traditional ‘smoking’ ceremony to cleanse and ward off bad spirits. Your experienced interpretive Indigenous guide demonstrates traditions like making bush soaps and ochre painting with an enchanting narrative of the rainforest and their special relationship with this unique tropical environment.
Enjoy some free time to swim in the crystal-clear waters of Mossman Gorge, surrounded by large granite boulders, these rocks contain a percentage of quartz, these waters are known to be healing to your body, mind and soul, before departing home.
We depart the Daintree Rainforest to head over to Cooya Beach to join the the Aboriginal Cultural Beach Day & Fishing Tour - guests have the option to learn to throw a spear before taking a guided walk along the beach and through the Mudlfats on this traditional cultural beach day walking tour. The guides will educate you on how the evolution of the lands, whilst hunting for crabs.
Between 10-20 mud crabs are caught per tour.

We start our journey with a Ngadiku Dreamtime Walk - A "must do" for every visitor to Mossman Gorge are the Ngadiku Dreamtime Walks, conducted by the local Indigenous people. Ngadiku (Nar-di-gul) means stories and legends from a long time ago in local Kuku Yalanji language. This Mossman Gorge tour takes visitors on a guided walk along private, gentle tracks, visiting special places and culturally significant sites, past traditional bark shelters and over meandering cool rainforest streams.
